Our chief technology officer was one of two engineers
featured by HP on their site HPNow viewed by 140,000 HP employees in 170
countries. An example of Mr.
Somal’s competence was demonstrated when he was called to install systems at
XL where he implemented SAN technology increasing the performance of the systems
by 412%. XL had previously
struggled with this technology for 3 years investing over 2.5 million dollars
and failed.
Mr. Somal is an HP MASE SAN Architect (one of 250
worldwide). In addition to having
attained two HP Master Accredited Systems Engineer credentials (SAN Architect,
and SQL Server) he holds many other industry standard credentials from
Microsoft, Cisco, and even holds the industry recognized elite CISSP security
credential. Mr.
Somal has a MBA in Finance and Marketing from Rutgers University. and a Masters
in Commerce. Mr. Somal is very well known amongst the
HP engineers in the US specializing in this amazing technology.
Stellino Savarino, Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Savarino
received his BBA degree, with an emphasis in public accounting, from Pace
University, White Plains, New York - May 1988.
He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Upon graduation he worked for two separate mid-sized New York City CPA
firms for a combined period of seven years.
Working as a CPA, with an extremely diverse public and private client
base, has provided him a very well rounded business experience and knowledge
base. In 1994, he entered the
private industry as Assistant Controller for the multibillion-dollar catalog
sales company currently known as Systemax, Inc.
He was involved in the process of taking the company public, then known
as Global Directmail. Systemax is
an international catalog company dealing in computers, furniture and industrial
equipment and supplies. In 1997, he
left to become the COO and Corporate Controller of Metro Business Systems, a
Stamford, CT multi million-dollar computer reseller and systems integrator.
